Before any communication is published, either in print or on the
internet, you need to be sure that the content is accurate and consistent
with your expectations and corporate guidelines. Check all proofs
carefully:
Are names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and website
details all correct? If there are
forms on a website, is
the email address to which they will be sent correct?
Are details
of any third parties correct, or links to external websites appropriate?
Is the
content of the photos appropriate, and is it what you expected?
Are photo
captions correct, does each one match the photo?
Has permission
has been obtained from subjects for publication of all photos?
Are there
any copyright issues with the images used?
Do the
logos conform to corporate guidelines?
Do the
colours conform to corporate guidelines?
Is everything
included that you expected to see?
